Kenton & benita Lee

Kenton and Benita Lee grew up in Minnesota, beginning their music ministry while still in college. They have served churches in Minneapolis, MN, Pacific Grove, CA, San Diego, CA and have been with Life Center since 1981. They have four grown children who were raised in Tacoma, graduated from Life Christian School, and were very involved alongside their parents in the music ministries of Life Center.

Benita heads the music library of the church, directs a ladies ensemble, serves as pianist for weekend services and seasonal production, coordinates music and leads worship of women’s ministries. She also manages the two Life Center Thrift Stores and the many volunteers needed to operate that ministry.

Kenton is the Pastor of Worship and Fine Arts for Life Center, giving oversight to service formats, leading worship and directing seasonal programs such as The Songs and Scenes of Easter and The Singing Christmas Tree. He is also a producer, composer and arranger. Kenton received his Bachelors of Music at San Diego State University, Completed a Masters in Worship Studies at Liberty Seminary, VA, and is presently pursuing a Doctor of Worship Studies.
