We “do” Missions because that is who we are. We follow the command of Jesus: “Go into all the world being my witnesses” and invite people to follow Jesus.

People want to be a part of something larger than themselves. We believe we are to influence our community for Christ and reach out strategically to our world. We care for the poor and people marginalized in our community, our nation and the world. We do this by speaking the life-changing message of hope that Jesus gives. We also care by demonstrating the love of Christ in tangible and practical ways by meeting people's needs, serving our community, partnering with local missions and outreach organizations, and going on missions trips around the world. We also do this by giving financially to people who go for us.

Who we support:

We focus on those areas that are critical for our involvement.
We partner with missionaries and mission agencies who are actively engaged with “front line” ministry.
Everything comes from relationship. We partner with those which we have a continual relationship.
We make Assembly of God Northwest missionaries our priority.
We support projects that surface from our missionaries and foreign local pastors.
We support local community service projects.
We do not solicit funds publicly for individuals to be a part of mission’s trips.
Members of Life Center also participate in short-term mission trips.

We believe missions trip are an avenue to expose a follower of Jesus to God’s work. We take three different kinds of missions trips that invite growth and discipleship:
 
Domestic-
Domestic mission trips take place approximately every one to two years. These trips are shorter in length than foreign mission trips and run anywhere from six to ten days. These trips aim to serve those in the local community we visit and are more hands on. At time we’ll invite medical professionals or educational professionals, or even mechanics to serve those in need. These trips range in investment from $500-$1200.
 
Foreign-
We are passionate about God’s work both here and afar. In addition to our domestic and disaster response mission trips we take advocacy trips once or twice a year. On these trips we don’t spend the duration of the time serving the local people of the country we visit but rather observe the work of the ministries we support to help them long term once we return home. These trips are usually limited to Africa and India as the majority of our support are directed to those two areas of need. These trips range in investment from $2500 to $4000 and run anywhere from 10-15 days.
 
Disaster Response-
Our world is an unpredictable one and when disaster strikes we believe it’s vital for the people of God to answer the need. As a church we do our best to respond as quick as possible to world natural disasters. These trips are often planned within a few days or week and invite immediate participation for those who desire to engage.
